Palat is a trading name of Digital Wing Limited. When this page says “we” or “us”, it means Digital Wing Limited.

What this website collects

Nothing. This website has no forms, no sign-up, no cookies, and no analytics or tracking.

Like every website, it runs on a server that briefly handles technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser type, so the page can reach you and the site stays secure. Our hosting provider, Vercel, does this for us. We don’t use these details to identify you.

If you email us

If you email us, we use your email address and what you write only to reply to you. We keep your emails for as long as we need them to help you, then delete them. Our email is provided by Google Workspace.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@palat.me.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

When restaurants can sign up to Palat, we’ll update this page to explain what we collect and why.
